Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out manual handling tasks, including setting up and resetting equipment for school events and assemblies
- Performing general maintenance duties to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well maintained
- Assisting with the logistics of school operations, including moving furniture and preparing rooms for events
- Supporting the security of the school premises, including unlocking/locking buildings and conducting routine checks
Requirements:
- Good physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and move equipment
- A proactive, dependable attitude with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a caretaking or facilities role is desirable but not essential
