Welcome to UCS Active, Hampstead’s unique health and fitness experience. Located at the UCS Senior School in the Frognal campus, we are an independent family club dedicated to serving the Hampstead community.
We offer a wide range of activities and facilities tailored to suit all ages, these include:
- Gym space with the latest equipment including comprehensive cardio, weights and functional training areas in a fully air-conditioned environment.
- 25m swimming pool available for a variety of pool activities, in addition to this we host swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.
- Exercise studio delivering around 40 classes per week.
- Sports hall offering badminton, table tennis, basketball, pickleball and football
- Our Kids Active brand offers children’s coaching in tennis, martial arts, judo, football, basketball and dance.
- Physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation treatment room
Our services include access to experienced fitness and health professionals, as well as sports scientists, who provide expert knowledge and guidance to help both adults and children achieve their goals.
Membership
We offer five different membership packages: Annual, Premier, Platinum, Family, and Students and Senior Citizen, each tailored to suit individual needs, our memberships include:
- Full use of club facilities
- Complimentary tennis court hire (for playing members only)
- Free car parking (subject to availability)
- Exclusive discounts on personal training, health and fitness services, physiotherapy, swimming lessons and facilities hire
- Towel hire (for platinum members)
