We are seeking a full-time Teacher of Design and Technology to join an outstanding department at this major London day school.

UCS is a leading academic school with a distinctive ethos and an enviable reputation for pastoral work as well as for Sport, Music, Drama and other extra-curricular activities. The Design and Technology Department at UCS comprises five full-time teachers, including the Head of Department. Additionally, the department is supported by two technicians. Design and Technology is part of the core curriculum for all pupils in Years 7 and 8, with most pupils also choosing it for Year 9.

This is, therefore, an outstanding opportunity to teach Design and Technology in a stimulating setting. It should be attractive to serving teachers seeking wider experience, to ECTs (UCS offers full statutory induction) or to unqualified candidates (QTS can be achieved via the assessment-only route).
