Job description
We are looking for an Estates Administrator to join a successful and vibrant department at this major London day school. The role is offered with day release for a level 3 Apprenticeship in Facilities Management.
Frontline responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Estates, the Estates Administrator is the department’s frontline connection to the school community on repair and maintenance-related requests through the management of a repairs helpdesk system. This role provides administrative support to the Estates Project Coordinator and the Head of Estates for any contractor meetings and site queries. This role will also be responsible for instructing and assisting site contractors and providing access to areas as needed.
