Macmillan Coffee Morning
Friday 23rd September – 8.30 to 11am in the JB Hall
All parents and friends of parents, of the JB are welcome to the annual Macmillan Coffee Morning which will take place in the Junior Branch hall after drop-off. This is a very popular event where parents get the chance to meet and chat with each other at the school. Refreshments and Starbucks coffee will be served as well as home made cakes and biscuits. There may also be several stalls selling such items as jewellery, bags, toys, as well as a second hand uniform stall. The boys are asked to bring in approx £5 on the day so that they may buy a Krispy Kreme doughnut and something from the stalls if they wish. The boys will be able to wear their own clothes and are asked to bring in a minimum donation of £1 which is collected for this charity.
Community Action Week
Monday 10th October - Friday 14th October
Community Action Week is an opportunity for every boy at the Junior Branch to get involved in raising money for charity by coming up with fun and original ideas themselves. More information will be provided by the school nearer the time.
Fireworks Night
Sunday 6th November
This is a bi-annual event which in conjunction with the Senior School. It is held at the school playing fields in Ranulf Road. Doors will open at 5 pm and fireworks to begin at 6.30.
